The Park Federation's CPD Hub 'The School of Education' offers a wide range of PD programmes for all staff across the Federation. This week, we had our first 'ECT+' session of the academic year.

Our ECT+ programme is an opportunity for all ECTs across the trust to learn together, network, share ideas and access areas of professional development that can further supplement their existing ECT programme.

This week, the focus was on digital learning and how the power of technology can transform learning opportunities. The session was delivered by a team of Federation digital leaders including our Trust Director of Digital Learning, Carolyn Hillarious.

It was wonderful to see how interested, engaged and inspired our ECTs were. Thank you to our digital leaders for creating and delivering this thought-provoking and creative session.
